With reliance on a legacy web product for both clients and the internal team, we helped reimagine a platform that would bring numerous improvements to client interactions, workflow, and efficiency.
Over two days on site, the Authentic team was brought aboard to run each department through a series of questions and activities, fully vetting out and understanding the weaknesses and potential areas of improvement in the platform.
From the beginning we jumped in with various wireframe iterations, exploring how a new user experience could be executed.
We gathered interface feedback and began fleshing out new design patterns that would take an extremely complicated system and boil it down to its essentials. Our UI mockups not only solved core problems, but presented an entirely new way to experience the outdated system.
We developed an in-depth analysis of the pros and cons of the current AdSupply platform, noting where efficiencies could be vastly improved for the team. From there, we came up with a new way to experience and visualize company data, starting from the ground up.
