Dimo’s Pizza came to us with an old website that was unsuccessful at cultivating the type of personal customer relationships they were seeking. They used a popular third-party food delivery app, but sought freedom.
More than anything, Dimo’s needed to be sure their users (and staff) immersed themselves within the brand like no other small pizza chain in the country.
As we built out Dimo's growing digital brand, we designed a stunning and highly functional website, complete with event listings, a blog, and image galleries. For the first time ever, their website became a hub of the brand.
In order to boost quick pizza orders, we crafted an experimental mobile application to serve customers "Instant Za’s" through their mobile devices with ease, adding further touch points for Dimo's on the web.
Because this pizza chain requires a robust commerce platform—allowing customers to order from the ever changing array of pizza selections—we designed and built the platform from scratch, ultimately increasing online sales 85% in the first three months.
We built a custom order management solution for the staff, too, allowing each kitchen to better manage orders, automating ticketing, order prep, and delivery process.
We took an outdated online platform and turned it into a robust web and commerce ecosystem. Whether it be the website, a speedy location-based menu, or the internal app to manage orders, we’ve improved the in’s and out’s of the company’s online presence time and time again.
