Authentic is an independent creative agency specializing in commercial real estate. We hang our hats on building beautiful brands and brand strategies to increase rent and lease up buildings faster. We design, launch, and lease real estate projects—all while leveraging specialized services and tools that support all phases of real estate development.

Our culture is ideal for scrappy and creative minds excited about applying their talents to ever-changing client work, along with building unique tools to innovate real estate marketing.

We incentivize team members who "take the bull by the horns" and help push the company forward. We offer monthly profit sharing, flexible schedules, paid time off, and extended holiday breaks.

Mission of the Role

The Project Manager (“PM”) role at Authentic is a team member who both relishes in the nitty-gritty details of agency process and enjoys the personal aspects of building rapport with clients and teammates. The position is administrative at its core but quickly leans into traditional "project management" duties.

The PM is a buttoned-up, organized, detail-oriented personality who is comfortable collaborating with various personality types.

(Read: comfortable dealing with a variety of personality types, at times!)

At its foundation, the PM supports projects through administrative duties as well as responsibilities that relate to operational action items to ensure the team is always up to date. They are eloquent with their communication and provide substantial value in keeping schedules up to date while ensuring project "next steps" are well organized and documented.

The PM is comfortable pushing projects forward and has personal accountability and ownership of their work. They aim to be the glue that supports and brings together all foundational aspects of the business.
