Authentic is an independent full-service creative marketing agency specializing in commercial real estate and urban development. We help design, launch, and lease real estate projects—all while leveraging a variety of specialized services and tools that support all phases of real estate development.

Our culture is ideal for scrappy and creative minds excited about applying their talents to ever-changing client work, along with building unique tools to innovate real estate marketing.

We incentivize team members who "take the bull by the horns" and help push the company forward. We offer monthly profit sharing, flexible schedules, paid time off, and extended holiday breaks.

Mission of the Role

The Senior Designer (“SD”) at Authentic is a team member responsible for leading all aspects of important design projects: the strategy, execution, and finesse across both print and web mediums. The SD reports directly to the Creative Director, and at times, company ownership.

They can lead projects from start to finish, eloquently communicate with and present to clients, and are empowered to make decisions (and take responsibility) on behalf of the design team.

The SD is a solutions-oriented thinker, always self-starting, and confident in producing design outcomes that consistently push the team forward. The SD is also very capable and comfortable working with outside vendors to coordinate physical pieces on behalf of all project stakeholders.

They will, at times, provide feedback and guidance to other design team members when requested. They desire to continuously share inspiration and encourage the design team to be on the bleeding edge as much as possible.

At Authentic, a SD lives, breathes, and chews on design each and every day.
