Position Overview

This role develops and manages growth content, ad campaigns, and growth reporting alongside the Head of Content. They prepare and edit content in a variety of formats depending on need (long-form, educational, bite-sized, social-ready, accompanied by a video, etc.) and take ownership of Authentic’s social accounts and growing native content platform, Transforming Cities.

The Growth Content Manager ensures a constant flow of valuable content is consistently in production, staged, and ultimately scheduled and delivered to our audiences. This role also oversees the outcomes of said efforts by reporting on all content results each month.

Accountabilities

How success will be measured:

  • Content planning and creation–and the associated flywheel for–all content initiatives, including (but not limited to) social media posts, email newsletters, thought leadership (ghost) writing, paid ads campaigns, and Transforming Cities article development.

  • Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly content calendar oversight and management for each theme or content opportunity of the present moment.

  • Monthly content reporting: updating content reports and translating results into actionable next steps for increased performance.

  • Top-of-funnel paid ads management through the LinkedIn campaign manager on both the cold and retargeting layers.

Processes owned:

  • Content calendar setup and management.
  • Content writing for various growth content lanes, as noted above.
  • Set up and oversight of all LinkedIn campaign marketing accounts.
  • Weekly growth marketing call agendas with the Head of Content.
  • Monthly content and ads reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day and week-to-week tasks:

  • Create written content for various growth content goals, including (but not limited to) social media posts, email newsletters, thought leadership (ghost) writing, paid ads campaigns, and Transforming Cities insight and news article development.

  • As part of the paid content campaigns, identify core themes (from previous or upcoming content) and build out monthly awareness campaigns on the LinkedIn campaign manager.

  • Request feedback from various team members, as required, to ensure content aligns with specific content themes, areas of expertise, etc.

  • Oversee and manage all content delivery platforms, including (but not limited to) LinkedIn, Transforming Cities, Revyse, etc.

  • As needed, conduct subject matter expert interviews to generate content.

  • Ensure successful execution of all content calendars.

  • Offer insight on trends and content opportunities that reveal themselves week over week based on incoming audience feedback, questions, or timely discussion topics.

  • Provide feedback to the leadership team on opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and desired outcomes.

Requirements

Fluent English speakers/writers located in the United States only, please. Must have multifamily experience. We are not looking for generic "real estate" or "realtor" experience but clarity that you have worked with a multifamily company before either in-house or as an agency extension.

Salary

The initial salary range for this role is $70-80K plus full benefits with plenty of room for growth if highly performant. Commensurate with experience based on considerations such as work history, industry knowledge, etc.
