Paid Time Off

We believe that taking time off, planned or not, should be built into company culture from day one. We offer two weeks of traditional vacation time, and another week of wellness flex time, in addition to our generous holiday break at the end of each year.

Health Insurance

While we remain small and nimble as a growing team, we offer a generous stipend that is intended to cover your monthly healthcare costs. We also include additional coverage for unexpected hospital stays, and disability insurance for extended time away from the office.

Parental Leave

At the highest levels in our company, we understand the needs and demands that new parents are thrown into, which is why we offer favorable leave time for parents in the event of a new one arriving at home. We also don’t think twice when unexpected doctor visits, and similar, pop up.

Holiday Time

The holidays offer a time of reset and refocus, often around our families and friends. We extend our paid holiday break through the new year to maximize that time with those we care about most. We encourage you to spend that time recharging the batteries.

Profit Sharing

We believe that our successes as a company should be reflected back to the entire team. When we put forth great work that results in positive outcomes, we want everyone to see that, which is why we created a company-wide profit sharing model.

Team Retreats

Being 100% remote has many perks, but one downside is a lack of face time (not FaceTime!). We always strive to connect at least once per year to regroup out as a team, learn where the company is headed next, and experience a new location with everyone in the same space.
