Background

Growing up just outside Boston, Jared spent much of his formative years immersing himself in construction projects for his family’s company. Early on, he honed a tireless work ethic through hands-on labor and tight project timelines, gaining a practical insight into how a well-constructed home should both function and feel.

Eager to broaden his perspective, Jared pursued a Business and Economics degree at Wheaton College in Massachusetts. Post-graduation, he quickly jumped into real estate—initially selling new single-family subdivisions—before building a small team that handled multifaceted rental portfolios throughout the greater Boston area.

His interest in new development extends well beyond local markets; however, Jared draws on national trends, design innovations, and an ever-evolving sense of what residents want in a home.

Today, he continues to bring fresh ideas to every project he touches, from single-family builds to larger development ventures. When Jared isn’t mapping out new real estate strategies, you might find him perfecting his golf swing, carving fresh tracks on the ski slopes, or refining his home-office tech setup.
