Born and raised in El Salvador, Paola was drawn to creativity and strategy, which led her to a career in design thinking and marketing. From social media to brand development and campaign execution, she thrives in fast-paced environments, crafting strategic, results-driven solutions.
In college, her thesis—a curriculum designed to reduce teen pregnancy in poverty-stricken areas—earned European recognition in 2017 and became a nationwide initiative in El Salvador. It was her first glimpse into how thoughtful design could drive real change.
Her career has taken her across international markets, working with brands in El Salvador, Central America, the U.S., and Brazil—many franchises and multinational organizations. Navigating diverse industries sharpened her ability to create impactful, culturally relevant marketing strategies.
In 2020, she found herself drawn to real estate marketing—not just for the properties but the stories behind them. Now based in Florida, she applies her strategic mindset to real estate marketing, streamlining project management and enhancing project effectiveness.
Outside work, you can find her cooking, enjoying the beach, or spending time with her husband and two dogs, Bobby and Frida. She believes in keeping things casual but intentional—whether in marketing, design, or life itself.
