Background

Growing up in Three Rivers, MI, Taela spent her childhood riding horses, playing soccer, and snowboarding. Despite her small-town upbringing, she always carried big-city ambitions.

After attending Central Michigan University, she launched her career in Metro Detroit, gaining five years of hands-on experience in Property Management. She developed a deep appreciation for managing, leasing, and marketing multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial properties. Her work later expanded to Austin, Texas, where she continued to build her expertise in the luxury multifamily and real estate sectors.

Her combined experience across two dynamic real estate markets — Detroit and Austin — and her desire to work more closely on the branding and marketing side of multifamily is what ultimately led her to Authentic, where she now thrives as a Project Manager.

Having wrapped up her big-city chapter, Taela has returned home to Michigan, where she enjoys riding her horses, staying involved in the local soccer community, traveling, and reading. When she’s not doing those things, you can find her cultivating her closet or honing her interior decorating skills.
