The Objective

Epstein’s goal was to launch multiple new service lines as they rapidly expanded their global presence. With offices in Chicago, New York City, Bucharest, and Warsaw, Epstein wanted to create a consistent on-brand experience within each of these markets—one that spoke to their evolution while also paying homage to their long legacy as a 100-year-old business.

In order to meet that goal, we prepared to investigate Epstein’s current and historical context, layout strategic recommendations, and improve their technology stack.

Our Approach

The first step of this project was to present an extensive set of digital strategy recommendations, highlighting key pillars of the project’s intent and contextualizing their business within the changing industry landscape. We interviewed key members of the Epstein team to better understand their needs and desires for the new website, and to ensure what we delivered exceeded the expectations for all members of their team.

Our conversations with Epstein staff, our market research, and the necessity of a global approach heavily informed our design process.

We started with an extensive wireframing phase, ultimately building out a robust set of time-honored yet distinctively modern designs and creative assets.

During development, we updated and improved their existing CMS, making significant improvements to the site’s technical SEO and bringing Epstein into the digital age. We remained engaged as Epstein’s digital partner after the launch of the website, making additional recommendations and improvements as their global marketing strategy evolved.
