Ironworks
Ironworks holds a coveted spot in West Chelsea, one of New York City’s most culturally rich corridors, running from Ninth Avenue to the Hudson between 14th and 30th. The neighborhood’s industrial heritage and world-class art scene give the property a character most commercial buildings can’t manufacture. The opportunity was to make sure the digital presence carried the same weight as that identity.
The existing brand was underselling the building’s authenticity. Prospective tenants landing on the old site had no way to feel the texture of the space or grasp what set it apart from every other listing in Manhattan. That needed to change.
We repositioned Ironworks through a website built to express the grit, charm, and cultural weight of both the building and its West Chelsea setting. Every decision, from typography to imagery to layout, served one goal: helping prospective tenants feel the place before they ever set foot inside.
To move people from curiosity to commitment, we built an interactive availabilities selector that made exploring the building’s spaces intuitive and genuinely engaging. The result is a digital experience as durable and distinctive as the property itself, one that honors Ironworks’ history while planting it firmly in the future of New York’s commercial landscape.
