Rael Corp has come a long way in two decades, from a father-son operation to a nationwide student housing developer to a multifaceted real estate enterprise. That growth was a point of pride, and it raised a good branding question: how do you project the credibility of an established developer without losing the personal, relationship-driven identity that got you here?
The brand had to do two things at once, honor the founding story while signaling that Rael Corp was ready to compete at a bigger scale. A generic corporate refresh wouldn’t do it. The new identity needed to feel both authoritative and genuinely human.
To bridge gravitas and warmth, we built a visual identity around clean, modern principles, deliberate negative space and a restrained palette, anchored by people-focused photography and messaging that kept the human side of the built environment front and center. The result felt polished and trustworthy without giving up the approachability Rael Corp had always led with.
We carried that identity first into a splash site, then into a full corporate website built for growth, complete with marketing integrations and workflow automations to streamline deal flow and drive inbound demand. By the time the site launched in mid-2023, Rael Corp was already breaking ground on several large-scale projects across the country, and the brand was ready to keep pace.
