SoPHI offers convenient luxury living South of Phillips in Southern Minneapolis with 3, 6, 9 and 12-month lease options. We helped them build awareness of their brand and navigate lease-up with a new site and strategic paid media campaigns.
SoPHI is a 48-unit boutique building located on the corner of Lake and Chicago in South Minneapolis. Each apartment is designed to maximize living space, and is outfitted with custom convertible furniture, smart technology, energy star appliances, and oversized windows.
We worked closely with the North Bay Companies team to revise an outdated web experience, including a custom integration of the Appfolio property management platform. In addition to the updated website and lead generation, we also developed new studio tour video assets that included the latest improvements at the property.
Our team also took over the PPC campaigns to target future tenants for the SoPHI. Despite being stabilized, our aim is to always ensure new leads continue to show interest in the space.
