Minnesota's development industry is thriving, and 30 individuals have been identified by Finance & Commerce for their impact on commercial real estate in the state. The POWER 30: Developers feature highlights industry leaders who are critical players in Minnesota's development community.

Mike Sturdivant, vice president of development at Paster Properties, plays an integral role in sourcing and completing development and acquisition projects. Since joining Paster in 2013, Sturdivant has completed more than 100 million dollars in project development, acquisitions, and transactions for the firm.

Operating a diverse national portfolio of industrial and office properties on urban infill sites, Hyde Development takes pride in bringing placemaking and intentional design to the industrial space. The firm has completed over 5.4 million square feet of development, including one of the Twin Cities' largest industrial sites, Northern Stacks in Fridley.
Paul Hyde co-founded Hyde Development in 2012 with his father, Mac, to redevelop brownfield sites into new, sustainable, and quality buildings. Paul currently spearheads development projects and acquisitions for the firm.
Authentic has partnered with Hyde Development on several projects, including creating a new brand and digital experience that honors the company's family roots and highlights the firm's large-scale capabilities. We also worked together to launch a website for Northern Stacks, including drone video, 360 imagery, and VR tours to push leasing efforts towards 100% lease-up.
Our partnership will continue into 2022 with ongoing digital and marketing efforts.

Recently, Nick Walton, chief executive office of Reuter Walton, has narrowed his focus to apartment properties in the Twin Cities, prioritizing affordable housing options for students, low- and middle-income renters.
Authentic is currently working with Reuter Walton to craft a new brand, marketing collateral, and microsite for the proposed 695 Grand Avenue apartments in St. Paul.
