Triten Real Estate Partners Selects Authentic Form & Function

Authentic Form & Function is excited to announce our partnership with Triten Real Estate. Since 2011, the Houston and Dallas-based company has been working across multiple commercial real estate asset classes. Among other projects, the Triten team is currently in a pre-construction phase for their m•k•t project in the Houston Heights neighborhood.

By late 2018, Houston-based Triten Real Estate began to take notice of the Amplify platform the Authentic team was building and and signed on for two new projects: one for the core Triten Real Estate website, and another for a new project—Houston Heights' m•k•t—to be launched in early 2019.

The m•k•t project is a trail-oriented mixed-use project built in one of Houston's most coveted neighborhoods, The Heights. Designed by the Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, m•k•t welcomes inspiring retail, food, and leisure offerings to join the local community in transporting visitors to the beating heart of Houston's urban renaissance.

Once completed, the project will reside equidistant to Downtown Houston and The Galleria, The Heights is home to three historic districts, a buzzing art scene, and a strong sense of community – all within a ten-minute drive for over 500k Houstonians. Look for more buzz around the project as it gains momentum in the upcoming year!
