The project will feature approximately 29,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, reinforcing its role as both a residential destination and a neighborhood anchor. Just down the block, Newrock’s recently delivered Oaklyn project, a 274-unit community with 20,000 square feet of fully leased retail, stands as a proven example of the firm’s ability to execute vibrant, mixed-use environments that resonate with both residents and retailers alike.
Set within one of South Florida’s most competitive and design-conscious rental markets, Parklyn called for more than a conventional marketing approach. It required a fully integrated go-to-market strategy, one capable of translating architectural intent into a differentiated identity, and ultimately, into demand.

This foundation extends into a custom Amplify website experience and a coordinated Demand-to-Door strategy designed to support leasing velocity from prelaunch through stabilization.

With preleasing launched and early Demand-to-Door campaigns underway, Parklyn is entering its next phase: translating brand into performance. Early indicators show strong traction, with full-scale marketing efforts now driving awareness, engagement, and leasing activity in a highly competitive landscape.
The project is anticipated to welcome its first residents in Spring 2026.
