DANVERS, MA — Authentic, a multifamily leasing, marketing, and leasing agency, announces its engagement with AAM15, the developer behind 128 Maple Street in Danvers, Massachusetts (now Maple Square), a new 145-unit mixed-use multifamily community.

Designed to bring elevated, design-forward living to the North Shore, Maple Square will combine residential homes with ground-floor retail and thoughtfully integrated amenities. Authentic has been selected to lead a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to introduce the community and drive awareness across the Greater Boston region.

Authentic’s engagement includes brand development, digital marketing, and leasing enablement, supported by the agency’s proprietary Go-To-Market (GTM) Playbooks. Each phase, from initial brand creation to launch and active leasing, will be designed to align Maple Square’s identity with market strategy and long-term performance.

The scope of work includes naming, visual identity design, property signage, graphics, a high-performing Amplify property website, social media management, targeted advertising, and lead-nurturing campaigns. Authentic will also oversee the integration of digital and on-site experience design, ensuring a seamless and measurable approach from brand to lease-up.

Maple Square’s marketing and leasing efforts will be managed in collaboration with CHARLESGATE, the property’s exclusive leasing partner.

Our goal is to position this property as the new standard of living on the North Shore. This project is about celebrating the craftsmanship, character, and sense of place that define Danvers—while creating a brand experience that resonates with today’s renter.
