Located at 936 Brush Hill Avenue, Truslow Residences is a 20-unit boutique multifamily community slated for delivery in Q2 2026. The property includes a curated mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences and is positioned as a sister community to the nearby Blue Hill development (Now Elle & Gray).
With a targeted 90-day lease-up goal, our goal has been to equip the leasing team with clear positioning, compelling messaging, and a frictionless digital experience. While located near a college campus, the brand strategy will intentionally avoid student-oriented cues—appealing instead to renters seeking quality finishes, neighborhood character, and a refined residential experience.

Set at 582 Blue Hill Avenue, Elle & Gray is an 84-unit, three-building residential development delivering in Summer 2027, with 25% of units designated as affordable housing. The project uniquely blends new construction with the adaptive reuse of a historic mansion, preserving existing gardens and architectural character while introducing modern living spaces.
The project’s architectural design is led by Embarc, who created these renderings, and is known for its work on The Truette, another Authentic project that requires a branding approach that balances historical preservation with contemporary appeal.
